I think if you create a "Management Area" on "Accounts settings page" make the plugin more intuitive...
The "Management Area" will have a drop down box by account... and Create, Edit and Delete Signature buttons by dropbox...

Eric,
I like the idea, but I'm not sure I'll have the time to imlement something like this in the near future. Hopefully people will be able to figure it out using the buttons next to the from address on the compose screen. Some kind of centralized signature management screen would probably help though. I'll add it to the list.
