Blank Canvas Gmail Signatures is an extension (also known as "add-on") for the Firefox web browser. It will not work on any versions of Internet Explorer. If you need to get Firefox, click here.

Step 1 - Add Extension

Go to the install Firefox extension page (click here). Click on the "Add to Firefox" button as shown below:

This "Add to Firefox" may be grayed out (see below) because this extension is still new and has not yet been added to the list of publicly available add-ons.

In this case, you will need to register for an account and login to be able to install this extension. It's well worth the trouble, and the more people go through this process, the sooner this add-on will be publicly available without having to login.

If you do not already have an account on the Firefox add-on site, you can easily create one by clicking on the "Create a new user account" link as shown above. Make sure to use a valid email address that you can check, because you will receive an email that will activate your account. Once you get the email and click on the activation link, you will be able to log in using your new email address and password in order to be able to install the signatures add-on.

Step 2 - Click Install - Click on the "Install Now" button as shown below:

Step 3 - Restart Firefox - Click the "Restart Firefox" button as shown below:

Firefox will restart, remembering which windows and pages you had open and will re-open them for you. (You will see the "Blank Canvass Ikariam Tools" here instead of the Gmail Signatures add-on shown.

Step 4 - Verify Installation

Giive Firefox enough time to finish restarting, and look for the "Add-ons" window as shown below. If you do not see this window, you can display it by clicking on the "Tools" menu in Firefox, and then on "Add-ons".

Look through the list of your installed add-ons and make sure you see the "Blank Canvas Ikariam Tools" add-on installed (instead of the Gmail Signatures add-on shown.
